As we transition from Kwik.insure to KwikCare, we want you to feel fully informed and supported throughout the change. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about what’s new and what remains the same.


1. Why are you rebranding to KwikCare? 

We’re evolving to better reflect who we are and what we stand for. KwikCare puts care at the center of everything—our services, our support, and our promise to you. The new name highlights our stronger focus on healthcare for individuals, freelancers, families, and MSMEs who need reliable and accessible HMO coverage.


We’ve evolved from simply connecting people to different kinds of insurance products (Kwik.insure) to offering comprehensive healthcare plans designed for everyday needs. More than just preparing for life’s uncertainties, we saw the importance of everyday medical support that helps people stay healthy and cared for. That’s why we’re evolving from a broad, multi-line insurance platform (Kwik.insure) into a focused, health-oriented brand (KwikCare).

This transformation reflects our unwavering commitment to owning the healthcare space—delivering accessible, dependable, and people-centered care, every step of the way.

2. What’s changing with the rebrand? 

Name: We are now KwikCare (formerly Kwik.insure).

Website & Social Media: Our platforms have been updated to reflect the new brand. You’ll find us at Kwik.care and on our refreshed social channels.

3. What’s NOT changing?

Your Plan: All active subscribers and your respective plans remain unchanged. No action is needed on your part.

Our Team: You’ll continue working with the same supportive team you already know and trust.


Our Technology: The same secure, easy-to-use digital platform remains, now with a refreshed look and feel.


Our Marketplace: We’ll still offer a curated selection of healthcare products in partnership with PhilCare, Cocogen Insurance, and FPG Insurance.

4. Will this affect my current HMO plan or coverage? 

No, the rebrand does not change your existing HMO plan. Your coverage, pricing, and benefits remain the same as what you originally signed up for. All terms and conditions continue to apply as stated in your policy wording provided at the time of purchase.

5. Do I need to update my login or app?

KwikCare Account: No changes are required. You can continue signing in with the same account details you used on Kwik.insure.

HeyPhil Mobile App: Yes, you’ll need to update your login details, but this is part of ongoing app improvements and NOT related to the KwikCare rebrand.

As part of these enhancements with HeyPhil Mobile App:


All current dependents will be assigned a new certificate number.


Each member will now need to register using their own email address, separate from the Principal’s.


These updates are designed to provide more secure and personalized access, giving every member better visibility and control over their healthcare information.

6. Will my policy documents still be valid under KwikCare? 

Yes. All existing policy documents issued under Kwik.insure remain valid and enforceable. The rebrand does not affect the legal standing of your coverage.

7. How will I recognize official communication from KwikCare?

All official updates will come from our KwikCare website (kwik.care), our verified social media pages, or from email addresses ending in @kwik.care. If you’re unsure about a message, please contact our Support Team to verify.

8. Are there new products or features coming with the rebrand?

Yes. The rebrand enables us to focus on developing even more healthcare-centered solutions, such as expanded coverage options, wellness benefits, and improved digital features. We’ll keep you updated as these roll out.

9. How do I explain this change to my employees or family members under my plan?

You can simply let them know that Kwik.insure is now KwikCare, but their coverage, benefits, and support team remain exactly the same. No action is required on their part.
