No, the rebrand does not change your existing HMO plan. Your coverage, pricing, and benefits remain the same as what you originally signed up for. All terms and conditions continue to apply as stated in your policy wording provided at the time of purchase.
HeyPhil Mobile App: Yes, you’ll need to update your login details, but this is part of ongoing app improvements and NOT related to the KwikCare rebrand.
As part of these enhancements with HeyPhil Mobile App:
All current dependents will be assigned a new certificate number.
Each member will now need to register using their own email address, separate from the Principal’s.
