• I have multiple referrals I’d like to endorse. Can I forward them directly to Kwik.insure without going through the platform?

  Yes. These referrals will fall under our offline/outbound sales and will be contacted by our outbound sales team directly.  

• What are outbound sales?

  ​Outbound Sales are transactions that did not undergo the usual checkout process on the platform. These usually happen with products not available on the website and need manual quotation. 

• How much can I earn from outbound sales?

  All outbound sales receive a flat 6% referral rate across all categories EXCEPT Life Insurance. For Life Insurance sales (Traditional and VUL), you will get 8% referral rate. 

• What products/categories are covered by outbound sales?
